The special journey of a princess becoming a young woman should be enjoyed by all of those most important to her.  Very similar to weddings and mitzvahs, quinceaneras require a large amount of planning to ensure every part of the event is perfect.  The last thing you want is for a family member or close friend to miss one of the big moments of your daughter’s special event because they are checking on the details of the day.  No matter what traditional elements you and your family decide to include, the team at Lasting Impressions by Design will be with you every step of the way to ensure the details come together to create a memorable event.

Lavish Impressions is our quinceanera planning package.  The planning process begins the moment you decide we are your team and continues every step of the way.  We will assist with selection of all the vendors needed to make your day perfect, as well as help plan all of the details of the mass and celebration. Our relationship continues throughout the entire process, including full coordination of any rehearsals, assisting the church for coordination of the mass, as well as ensuring every detail is attended to for the party.  We will make sure you and your family are stress free and enjoying every moment.

Logistical Impressions is our quinceanera coordination package, but it really begins a month before your daughter’s special day.  After you have done all the planning, the first thing we will do is go over all of your vendor contracts with a fine tooth comb to make sure you are receiving everything you think you are getting.  We will attend the final venue walk through and discuss a plan.  That plan will then be made into a diagram so all of your vendors are on the same page.  Once your daughter’s big day arrives, we will be there to greet your vendors, ensure every detail is ready, and allow you to enjoy every moment of the celebration.

Frequently Asked Question

How early should the planning process begin?

The process of planning a quinceanera is a very long and involved one.  With all of the details involved, planning should really begin at least a year before, but as soon as you have a date set the planning should begin!
