How soon should I contact you?

Of course we are going to say, the sooner the better, but the answer all depends on you! Are you a couple who are so busy with life that there is no way you can spend hours calling and comparing all the vendors needed for the wedding? Then call to schedule your free consultation right away. If you want to do some of the planning or have already secured several vendors, call for your consult anywhere from 6-12 months prior to the wedding date. If you have everything planned and you just need someone, other than a family member or friend, to coordinate the day, give us a call for your consultation 3-6 months ahead of time. Please know that our schedules fill up quickly, so call as soon as you know you want someone to assist you, so we can reserve your date!

How do I know which package to select for our wedding?

We encourage you to contact us to schedule a free consultation. During this meeting, we will discuss where you are in the planning process and discuss which one of our packages is best for you. If one of our packages isn’t quite right, we will work together to build a package that fits your needs.

How far in advance should I start planning my child’s Bar/Bat or B’Nai Mitzvah?

2-3 years ahead of time you should contact a synagogue or temple. If you find yourself with less time than this, planning should begin as soon as possible. Plan the style and begin brainstorming what Tzedakah project your child would like to contribute to, then begin contacting services to check for available dates.

When should I hire a planner to assist me with the weekend events?

Most planners begin filling their calendars a year in advanced. As soon as you know the date, get in contact with an event planner who has expertise in planning Mitzvahs.

What is included in full Mitzvah Planning?

Our Full Mitzvah Planning includes assistance planning every part of the process, from the Tzedakah Project to the Sunday Brunch, and everything in between.
